Conventional Contracting
Conventional Contracting is a widely accepted model where Abdullah Developers executes civil and structural construction for core-and-shell works without covering general infrastructure, finishes, MEP, or specialized services. In many cases, the client/sponsor undertakes procurement of building materials, OEMs and services, while our role ensures professional execution and strong coordination among contractors/sub-contractors connected with the defined scope of works.

Where suppliers or OEM vendors are nominated by the client, Abdullah Developers takes overall responsibility for coordination and smooth execution according to schedule.
EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)
Abdullah Developers has gained expertise to deliver end-to-end EPC services catering to Engineering, Procurement and Construction solutions across infrastructure, metros, buildings and factory projects. Through a value engineering approach, we provide optimum solutions while maintaining strict compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and quality standards. Under a single contract structure, Abdullah Developers coordinates architectural/engineering design, scheduling, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning—ensuring streamlined delivery under one umbrella.
